We hope you realize that through your successful merger to become the second largest chemical corporation in the world you have by your own volition accepted the liabilities arising out of the worlds worst industrial massacre.
The 2-3 , December 1984 Union Carbide Disaster in Bhopal.
We, representatives of survivors organizations in Bhopal would like to remind you of the following ethical, moral and since it is important to you ; legal liabilities, that follow from the disaster:
Through this letter, and on the occasion of your merger with Killer Carbide, we demand that you let us and the world know how you aim to discharge the above liabilities.
We will appreciate your prompt response.
