Helicopter buzzes Diane Wilson’s house in attempt to intimidate her into silence

We have to take this very seriously because after a 1992 action against Formosa Plastics, shots were fired from a helicopter at her house, narrowly missing a relative and killing her dog.

A lot of people have written to John Musser of Dow about this. Thank you. Here is a sample reply.

Just for the record, we neither own nor have we hired any helicopters to do any “buzzing” of Ms. Wilson’s home. As you may know we were very courteous to her throughout her demonstration at our site in Texas – At least until she decided to break the law and then the authorities took charge. We disagree with the allegations made by Diane (since they are not based in fact), but we have always respected her right to voice her opinion. If asked what we think about the alleged harassment of Diane Wilson we would certainly speak against anyone taking action such as that, for any reason.

Thanks to John Musser for his replies. We are glad to note that Dow Chemical would speak out against harassing Diane. Her allegations about Dow-Carbide can be checked against the facts on this website. If she is really as confused as John believes, then perhaps what she and her neighbours really saw was not a helicopter but something like the following:

TEXAS LARGE UFO FLEW OVER HOUSE
BRAZORIA — The witness related, “We heard it go over the house, you could hear a huge rushing sound of air.” There was a loud continuous sound that sounded like a zip gun or reverberating siren sound. The thing had to be very large and traveling just above the treetops. It was very low. There was the rushing sound of air, but no motor sound. We live under a flight path and know what aircraft sound like. This was nothing like anything we ever heard. Please advise. Source MUFON
