Just for the record, we neither own nor have we hired any helicopters to do any “buzzing” of Ms. Wilson’s home. As you may know we were very courteous to her throughout her demonstration at our site in Texas – At least until she decided to break the law and then the authorities took charge. We disagree with the allegations made by Diane (since they are not based in fact), but we have always respected her right to voice her opinion. If asked what we think about the alleged harassment of Diane Wilson we would certainly speak against anyone taking action such as that, for any reason.

Thanks to John Musser for his replies. We are glad to note that Dow Chemical would speak out against harassing Diane. Her allegations about Dow-Carbide can be checked against the facts on this website. If she is really as confused as John believes, then perhaps what she and her neighbours really saw was not a helicopter but something like the following:
