Currently.... Aside from the Class Action Complaint against Union Carbide Corporation and Warren Anderson (The Chief Exceutive Officer of UCC at the time of the disaster in Bhopal), the big news at the moment is the struggle to prevent the Dow Chemical Corporation (who have now swallowed up Union Carbide Corporation - they merged February 6th, 2001) pushing their poisonous products and practices in India.
