Dow's Agent Orange

toddler.jpg (17889 bytes) TRAN BINH MINH was born in 1994, to parents exposed to Agent Orange, a highly toxic chemical containing dioxin (the most poisonous chemical known). The Dow Chemical Company manufactured the 44 million litres that were sprayed over huge areas of Vietnam by the US army between 1961 and 1971. Tran Binh Minh lives in Tu Du Peace Village - Ho Chi Minh City.
