भोपाल में यूनियन कार्बाइड गैस हादसे के पांच संगठनों के नेताओ ने आज डाव केमिकल को ई-मेल द्वारा समन भेजे जाने का मुख्य न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी के आदेश का स्वागत किया । यह आदेश डाव केमिकल के खिलाफ जारी कानूनी कार्यवाही का हिस्सा है ताकि दिसम्बर 84 के हादसे पर चल रहे आपराधिक मुकदमा में यूनियन कार्बाइड कंपनी-अमरीका को हाज़िर करा सके जिसमे 25,000 से ज्यादा लोगो की मौतें हुई है

Leaders of five organizations of survivors of the Union Carbide disaster in Bhopal today welcomed the decision of the Chief Judicial Magistrate to summon The Dow Chemical Company (TDCC) through email. The order came as part of the proceedings against Dow Chemical to make Union Carbide Corporation, USA, its wholly owned subsidiary, appear in the ongoing criminal case on the disaster of 1984 which has killed over 25000 people.
