We organized a public action in Copley Square, one of the largest public spaces in Boston, from 12 PM to 6 PM. We started with a photo exhibit and made people sign petitions not to work for Dow until it takes responsibility for the Bhopal disaster. We performed a song about the fight of the survivors for justice, and at 2 PM, we staged a die-in. Later on, we held a candle light vigil to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the disaster, and concluded by sharing our thoughts about the Bhopal campaign and how it personally affected each one of us…Leonid C.
