Marking the 20th anniversary of the Bhopal Gas Disaster, the City of San Francisco declares December 3, 2004 as Bhopal Remembrance Day and urges the Dow Chemical Company to address pending issues facing the Bhopal survivors. The city is also hosting the Bhopal survivors this week.
